I wasn't talking about giving an individual a lump some to buy my way in. Lol. I was talking about paying a standard membership fee. Which surely is what's needed here to raise some capital? I have mentioned the ALC a few times Gaz and i know Alan worked close with the police up and down the country

I can see some issues, that would need to be ironed out , but the theory is positive & good On another note, i think there was a club discount of 20 + members, but that was way back i cannot speak for the here and now .

I have just spoken with A. T. from the ALC , he will be on later today to respond... A.T is on the Council of Hunting Assocciations, so we have a spokesmen in place for us,. Which ever route this takes, count me in . Very well done Dewclaw & DB , Thanks to all concerned.

I would also like You to expand JD, ( if You dont mind ) i fear if some fell by the way side then, their heart was in it, Passion drives people, to keep going. if a hurdle comes You find away round, rather then refuse. It seems no one has answered Your question, Giro re a lurcher club with influence, i wonder if not many are prepared to dip their toe into such... Giro and myself have discussed at great length the * need* for a high profile club, with its foot in the parlimentory door, YET....... we have a club with such influence , i rather think it would be great if we could ressurect the ALC, its not going to be like the old days with COURSING the main objective, since at this moment thus far its not permissable... Reading the new planned amendment , it will be.however, the lurcher world is so

If it's any help Flynn..... Michael Foster was the Labour MP for Worcester from 1997 until 2010 when he lost his seat at the General Election. We have found putting a net curtain ( weighted, where the wire would go ) over the ferret courts at this time of year , keeps un wanted pests out, even though they are kept clean, the flys are always going be attracted, assuming You feed flesh of course.
