Haha, yes well, I couldn't pick Bosun out as i dont know him at all, it was a photo, of a group of Young lads on a day out with Alan and co. he has the photo and it was a black and white photo, so i dare say Boson is not in the flush of Youth. the M.W.T& L.C

    The AWL is Championing the working Lurcher and a return of the status quo. We feel we shall no longer be justifying our photos that are posted here, Face book, the web site and Moochers . The mere fact that Taz at 14 years of age and a Young lady pictured together on our face book timeline, needs no justification , but a testiment to those of us who do NOT see Lurchers as a disposable commodity, when no longer of use. A working Lurcher faces danger in the very nature of its job, some sadly die Young, others of injury or illness or old age, its life, and we have to deal with it. To those

    That Lurcher was 14, she about to die... her name was Taz , she grafted more then most dogs would ever do in their life time and the Young lady a family relation.

    If I may correct You there All-terrian, ~ AWL is the Association for the working lurcher/longdog. For single membership and Clubs alike. The AWL is working to promote the working lurcher for the generations to come. Its not a 'them & 'us thing at all. United is the only way forward. Its not about him/ or her, its about the LURCHER . We wish the steering group well, and we hope they have on their agenda, the vision we share and that for the sake of the Lurcher, United is the best way forward.     Well if I'm one of the members you mention that have offended anybody on this thread then I apologise that wasn't my intention but people need a thick skin when taking on something like this IMO, if folk get offended by debates and things put to and mentioned on here how will they be when confronted with doubts and negativity by the public who's on the other side of the fence and against this then there maybe in the future at some point questions and debates with both pros and cons put to by the media to take on board and deal with etc ; ) So I take it I was one of them that you mentioned then

    iam right in thinking awl got asked if they wanted to join lagbi ,but have declined at the present moment In time ? Alan offered his help and chair, before LAGBI was set up , the topic was locked, so he could no longer interact.

    The ALC did have a active web site, that has since closed due to the ban, for obvious reasons. The Chair of the ALC was active during the pre ban talks,along side the other fractions. I would like to say at this point, no door is or should be ever closed, we ALL have the same goals in common. Further negocations haven't been ruled out, as I had stated, not at this time On behalf of the AWL ~ I would like to say, lets try to work for the common good, the * lurcher/Longdog* and all that we ( LAGBI and AWL ) are passionate about.
