The last lurcher i had was'nt the slightest bit interested in pheasants or partidges the land owner who's farm i used to work heron knew it yet my vindictive neighbour kept phoning the farm manager up telling him that i was coming home with all sorts of birds from pigeons to pheasants even so i was told by the local old bill a barn owl? any way to cut a long story short the farmer eventually went round my neighbours and to them to stop harrassing him and was glad that i was keeping the local pigeon population down and asked if he could explain how a dog would catch a barn owl after this the ph

A few week ago i had hi hopes of getting back into dogs then unfortunatley we lost my father in law we live in essex the in laws live up north so it would of been unfair to have got a dog as we had to be up north then a week or 2 later we lost my mother in law so the long trip up north again now we got to save up again for the dog and find some pups again fingers xed 2 or 3 weeks time a little lurcher will once again be living wirh us any way in the mean time best wishes all matt

Hi all had a bit of a break from fieldsports after my lurcher passed away i kept on reading about fieldsports kept up with the fishing and done a bit of vermin control ferreting and stuff now its time for me to get get a new dog gotta be another lurcher i rekon
