    how do mate where in suffolk are you ? me and my mates have set our own little terrier club up so to spewak as the fell and moorland rep jacked it in a few months ago so we set our own club up we meet once a month atr a local pub just into suffolk as we all live on the norfolk suffolk border. we have about 8 members at the moment and between us we have 15 terriers all in all we were out last sunday as a group minus 2 members we had a good mornings outing with the dogs even got a dig aswell but only to a bloody rabbit but hey ho let us know what yuo think or what you are looking for atb willum.

    was on hare shoot a few weeks ago we used mainly 3 and 4 shot 36grm load but like stated before keep up and in front mate tight choke aswell 3/4 will do but dont be tempted with the long shots mate its not fair to wound if they are guna run through then so be it is the way i see it i go along as i have to keep in with the people who grant me there land to shoot and mooch with the dogs. edited to say all the best mate.

    ive got a t8 on my tikka t3 light stainless it came with it when i bought it does ok for me but is a little tinny if you are blowing on a squeaker and the gun is in the mounted position.

    i always use a peice of steel pipe about 6-8 inches long welded on then blag a piece of hydraulic hose off the farmer and jubilee clip it on works for me and my mates

    204 or 220 i think so i was told but i use 22.250 for them

    how do mate as arule normally 1/2 and 1/4 is the norm but i use 1/2 3/4 3/4 for longer range clays especially if using fibre wad as the pattern is not as good as plas wad but all the best mate rember to swing through when pulling trigger maintain leed and just go with the flow

    300 quid they are ripping you off pal i have a very good and reputable gunsmith in my area and they charged me 20 to fit and 20 to cast it with an extra 25 for the recoil pad to lengthen it 65 in all and its top notch craftsmenship go looking mate have a shop about.

    foutrack mate good set of boots on it sun roof comes completely out so you can stand on passanger seat shoot out of top go any where good engines body work can be a little temp on them cheap insurance cost me 200 fully comp

    funny this i was out lamping with the rifles and a mate of mine we were on our way home when i see a car appear from no where i said to mae mate look at this bloody idoit come tearing up my arse then when i turned on a roundabout it was the 5/0 they followed me for a bit as i turned on a junction on came the blues and two's 2 cops got out one came to the window and the other kept circling ? the truck i wound donw the window and he said is this yours and i replyed yes what you been upto he asked i said lamping he then asked where are my dogas i said shooting he said shotguns ? nope rifle's he

    funny that i my self have been shooting a particular farm for about 5 or more years now and there has always been a shoot on the farm the farmer used to let me shoot with in reason depending on when they had a shoot on but i could lamp there when ever the old keeper never once moaned or gave greif as we were helping him out just a phone call sorted things out for the night. now the old keeper has gone and 2 new lads and a few freinds have took it over we used to shoot there still but they said to me they will take over lamping closer to the season start. 5 months before the season started me a

    on the shoots that i go on they use millet on the edges nice and thick then maize in the middle. but on some shoots they have used elephant grass (giant sawgum)this holds very well but grows bloody tall well over 7 - 8 ft makes the birds climb well.

    how do mate was it david greenachre that came see you he is my local f/o nice chap normally pushes things through for ya they were a bit tetchy with me having 22/250 at first but it came through ok im nowing applying for 243 this week as they said they wanted me to have a little experience with a cf rifle tried the old dsc must be gained but i have no holds on my ticket about munty's or cwd so i told them that ive been shooting and butchering these in the correct and appropriate way and every thing is ok and that was from the norfolk h/q office at wymondham so fingers x i will be granted. atb

    just apply for your licence coz you guna have to tell them you are moving and they will need to know where and you would have to have the gun secured while you move so they will nedd to know where it is
