well done mate was out today aswell with a couple of mates and a keeper that wanted a couple of places trying first coulple looked well run but nothing at home 3rd place would of layed money on it something being at home dog in dog out nothing home weather was a nice day here quite warm so porb played a part in it . atb willum

i always thought if a dog that was worked and was entered into a show ie crufts or anyother show its battle scares marks nicks and scrathches shopuldnt defer from the judges marking upon said animal as long as it comforms to the respective standards of the type. if only this was the case i think crufts would be a little more palitable. and i agree with blan that in the working dog section that working dogs should meen working dogs where they are judged upon there ability to work in the feild marks should be given out to go towards the overall and final score .yis willum

just throwing this one out there has any one else had this occur to them ive just veiwed my profile and found that i had a guest veiw my account when i clicked to view this guest it just returned me to the home page anyone else had this happen to them.

i have nothing against men/ women that work there dogs the way they were bred for im all for that i mean i am not fond of the idea of messing about with a dogs geneology just to excentuate a dogs profile and posture for the glory and gratification of a bunch of yupy judges this is what i frown upon. yis willum. mate your more than welcome to run your dogs against mine but i would put money on your dogs catching before mine as i only have terriers no offense to you pal good luck on the wippets.

dont think you will have any luck atr the moment for sloe's pal all that ive seen are shrivled or well past use by date lol out of seseaon for them will have to wait till later on in the year pal.

i use warm salty water to wash out wounds then rinse out warm water again then dilute some savlon use this to dab on wounds then rinse again and let them heal does ok for me and my lot always take some savlon diluted and a bottle of water with me when out as at end of day you can treat on site and use savlon to wash ya hands afterwards as you can never be to carefull when dealing with cuts and wounds around longtails atb willum.

crufts puh probably some inbred crossbred hock jawed mut that they class as pure breed sorry not interested in show pony dogs think they should go back to roots and look for the old line / style of dog imo

gota a pair of these excellent keep ya top of legs nice and warm and will never be lost in cover neither lol think they may do them in camo though . sorry mate couldnt resist ive got a pair of mouflon mid ankle boots and find them excellent suportive and comfy atb willum

i have a pat norfolk and he is stripped twice a year normally mid spring and end of summer makes ther coats a lot healthier just had him now as his coat was ready for it little earlier than i would have wished for but coat was getting in a state so done him early.atb willum

i have never let any of my terreirs at rats before the age of 6 to 7 months when adult teeth are through but i have tacken them to watch and have a run about at the end to get them socialised with the pack i cant see no harm in that as regards to live catching a rat and letting it go i think you will find that its againts the law to cage an animal and release it for dogs. but i may stand corrected ? dont expect miracles from such a young dog as said before ive seen many a good terrier ruined from a rat with a attitude so to speak i have known of dogs to face everything bar rats as they were en

if your guna shoot make sure your going to kill mate that fox i wouldnt think will ever come into another call and if it survives it will deff run from a lamp my sugestion is if your going to shoot fox's with a shotty use 36 grms and no3's and dont over estimate your shooting ability's ie nothing over 45 yrds max for a clean kill if longer shots required i would a centre fire if you have one if not leave well alone. yis willum just my advice others may have different opinions.

ive stopped lamping charley at night with the rifle's have done for the last month or so gota give things a chance in life mate.and only dig on keepers request at moment. cant see the point in going out shooting and digging everything on land that comes your way well thats my look on things each to there own though yis willum. -
