Thanks mate.thats exactly what she's like . Spends her whole life checking the other dogs.allways got her hackles up.she don't fight or growl but its like she's allways annoyed. Shes scared of ferrets our tortoise and is fine with the cat.anything else she will try kill. We got another one that is like border terrier coloured. She will kill ferrets but is a lot quieter and less moody and is joined at the hip with my 2 year old son

Mrs imported her for showing but shes too kranky . Just take her out mooching with the lurcher and she comes ferreting. Easy dogs to own.i really like them.

i dont mind cashiers and people serving me wherever its hairdressers i hate talking to . Had the exact same conversation with the hairdreeser over 5 years . " what you doing for work now , Hows the kids etc" i got a haircut by this greek bloke once and the only time he spoke he said " its difficult to tell where the head hair stops and the back hair begins" cheeky b*****d

My Mrs has got the miniature wire haired.she has them for showing.i take them out and about and they're spot on. Only one trustworthy with ferrets.game little sods. Anyway the last 2 are imported supposedly top breeding. They where about £5-600 each.all in delivered. Unless she has lied to me and they was actually more.

I've read that its best to use a female Indian game hen and male sussex. The male passes on amounts of eggs laid by young and female gives body size.plus a sussex can mate a Indian hen easier than the other way around. Im planning on having a bash at it in the spring

Chicks hatched over the weekend. Fantastic hatch rate and fertility from a seller on ebay.really pleased and couldn't recommend the seller enough. I've ended up with around 240 chicks from 300 eggs

I think they should farm elephants,cut their tusks off and release them without tusks to places where they are rare.then selling the ivory would pay for the whole operation and fund conservation.

I agree.i dont like the attitude of they are working dogs not pets. Plus the more time you spend with them the better you can pick which one too keep and which one will suit other people.

Nice to see someone playing with them and enjoying them. Not like some people that keep them in a pen or let their kids play with them.fair play to you mate they look to be having a great start in life

I think mine liked the fact they where just left alone.and that they couldn't see outside people going past dogs ect.there's windows and plenty of light but high walls.i have shavings floor,few small bales of straw to sit on ,few branches and i cut blue barrels in half long ways then cut the top and bottom out so it makes a little tunnel.they loved them and normally laid in there

I had 50 in a stable and they where no bother at all.easiest things I've ever looked after.which is why I've got them for the kids to do.and the other reason is they're up and laying in 2 months so its not so long for kids to wait compared to bantams ect. So will have to see what happens. They will soon be laying on a plate if they're a nightmare...

I used to go too sheepdog trials with an old boy, he said many years ago he went to look at some pups.when he got there the bloke said ,look mate the bitch has had one pup -fathered by her own 5month old son.didn't know she in season or pregnant even. He gave him the pup for free incase there was anything wrong with it. Turned out the best dog he had ever had by a long shot and all his dogs are related to him now

I kept them years ago,just filled my incubators up with them again.just for a bit of fun but for a bit of a project for my kids to earn a bit of pocket money selling eggs. Anyone keep them and what's the going rate for a dozen eggs?

They're almost impossible to get a close up picture of on a 5year old Samsung phone.just looks like a load of far away white dots on a roof
