Anyone know anything about mobiles? I've got a Blackberry at the moment that's basically knackered cos I've had it for 2 years and use it for work every day. I can upgrade now but when I look at the phones on offer I haven't got a clue which are decent and I really can't be arsed going to the shop and listening to some spotty phone oiks sales pitch! I'm after something on O2 that has a minimum of 600 minutes a month, and I don't really want to be spending any more than about £35 a month. Not overly arsed about how good the camera is on it, it's more important that it's decent for emaili

I don't like seeing stuff like that, it gets them used to people and makes them an easy target for poachers I don't think the thick gets realise how easily a gorilla would kill you, it'd snap you in half before they had chance to react with their machetes!!! PS. Did anyone notice the mental baby at 1:10 with the tina turner haircut? legend!

If he had a secret camera set up...and gave her half the proceeds from you've been framed, I reckon he's done a good turn

so...if anyone's thinkin of going poaching in London, you better think twice You're missing my point, everyone knows this country is packed with CCTV, but is there much in the countryside? no i dont think there is many in the countryside mate..its not a major thing to do these days though.in fact take lab for instance,if he wanted to to set up a web cam he could quite easily do that and watch his birds on his laptop from the conmfort of his own home,if he hasnt already done it that is. That's why I'm thinkin there must be some legal thing that's preventing people from doing it

yeah I know, but it's mainly in the towns and cities isn't it? I've seen signs about fly tipping saying there's CCTV but I've never actually seen a camera out in the sticks where those signs are.

insurance companies will never pay out unless they absolutely have to, they're an absolute joke!

Just been looking at that other thread about the poacher watch programme on next week. I've done a quick search on youtube and there's quite a lot of vids of poachers being caught on CCTV but they all seems to be in other countries (America mainly). Does anyone know the legalities of putting CCTV in the countryside in the UK? Are they allowed to put hidden cameras in woodland without any signs or anything? Obviously a landowner can if it's his private land but I'm just wondering about other areas where public have access. And is it widely used in this country or not? I can't help but thi

It's funny cos I have this wierd thing where if I've had a couple of whiskies the night before I have to get up for a brew at about 3 or 4am or I can't sleep....I can see the hutch from the kitchen window and it doesn't matter what time it is at night, or how cold it is, my jill will always be stood at the bars looking in the kitchen (probably thinkin "what's that tw@t doing making a brew in his micky mouse undies again???" )

just a couple of questions on that theory....I feed mine the same way, give them meat last thing at night and then the next morning take it out. My ferrets are very energetic, in great shape, great coats etc.....how can that be if I'm not giving them what they "need"?? Obviously my ferrets can only eat at night, but they're running free in the yard all day long, they spend a fair amount of time asleep but in total a good few hours playing, running and exploring in the yard. If they weren't getting enough food they wouldn't have the energy for that, surely? Also, I'm assuming they have p

why is it outdated? I like looking at old content, if you don't want to look at old content then just don't look far back on the topics! and pics/opinions/stories etc. don't really go out of date. yea same here, its very handy if you have a problem or need to check up on something. YES I AGREE , BUT SEARCHING FOR A TOPIC FOR SOME THING OF INTERES IS DIFFERENT THAN SINGLEING OUT INDIVUAL MEMBERS AND READING ALL "THER POST AND TOPICS" Don't know about everyone else but I'm not going to look at all RABs previous topics Intrigued as to what you've got to hide

So you want to type something on an open forum....and then hide it??? Unless you've got keyboard turrets just don't type it to begin with!

Dunno, I've had about 10 ferrets over the years and never wormed one, and never heard of anyone worming one either, so if it is possible for them to get them it must be quite rare. But if it is possible then it's possibly the reason why this blokes hob has gone skinny. It's hard work keeping my hobs weight down both in summer and when he's working, he's just a greedy fat git basically. And the jills the opposite, she can eat and eat and eat and is always slim, not skinny, just in decent shape.

Something of a ferret health website: Although intestinal worms can infect ferrets, they don’t seem to be a major problem for them. The following are the 3 most common intestinal parasites found in ferrets: Coccidia Symptoms include: Diarrhea Weight Loss Anorexia Your vet will probably give your ferret a pill or liquid medicine for 10 days and then will check a poop sample to make sure the problem has been cured. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Giardia lamblia Uncommon in ferrets but has been known to occur in

well I didn't know that! I've never had a ferret with worms either but I always assumed it was because I didn't feed them raw in the past.
-
me either So do you think they're immune to getting worms then??

When you say they eat a whole rabbit in one sitting or two in a day, how many ferrets are there? If I gave my two a quarter of a rabbit there's nearly always some left uneaten, they wouldn't eat more than half a rabbit in a day between them. They never have eaten much for some reason and yet they're not skinny or anything.
