Ok let me try and clear a few things up. because some people are taking what i'm saying and twisting it to suite there argumentative personality ! when the feo came to visit i wasn't in any way taking the Micky it was merely friendly banter, we had a good chat and as far as i could tell she was sympathetic to the situation, but i think that she or her bosses just wanted it withdrawn because there grounds for refusal are limited, after taking legal advise today i will be appealing the decision in crown court.   2. Not a lot I suspect but what do you expect? We all do stupid things when we are young BUT you have been banned from driving for multiple offenses, drove your friends car whilst knowingly banned. Have criminal friends and to top it all off decided not to come clean on your application. Frankly if I were an FEO I would also have said no, you obviously have no respect for the law and as such, can NOT be trusted with a firearm of any sort.   4. i did time as you put it once when i was 17 i.m now 31 and yes i was quite serious but i did my time and it was a big wake up call for me . But i did not lie on the form! I simply put afray and motoring offences. Its obvious they will check so i did'nt think to list each offence .

Hi to all, Well i'll start at the............start. 1997 - At age 17 i got nicked for affray and was given 15 months in young offenders, i served my time got my act together and kept myself out of trouble. 2005 - after spending a small fortune hiring guns at my local clay club i posted my SGC application. two weeks later made the mistake of driving a friends car from the pub car park to the main road (100 yards) while i was banned and got nicked . i know it was my own stupid fault so i was co-operative and told the coppers the truth and was given 30 hours community work. somet
