    i have given up on the rabits in the snow mate cos like you said sound like a battalion of soldiers and are lit up like a xmas tree and dodnt even need a lamp so am sticking to tree rats and pigeons till it melts great shooting on the one you got tho mate

    cheers si i am using accupell at the minute but as you seen they sit a bit loose in breech so i have just got some of the new webley venom xtreme and the skirt is 5.8mm and the head 5.2 so they seal really well and they 15.2gr so a bit more weight will let you know how i get on with targets etc

    a few years ago i used to just sit hidden away and get 2 x 10p and rub them together so it sounds like a chattering and they used to come out looking for you so that my next plan one day this week i am going to try and sit under a roost tree aswell to try kill 2 birds with one stone

    i have gotta say i never thought id say this but i love that the sales are on as the mrs has been out shopping again today so i said ill leave you to go with your mam and our daughter ya know a ladies day out n all little did they know i had an assasination planned i went off to the woods on my permission about 1500hrs as soon as i entered the woods i seen 5 squirrells chasing each other up a tree i was a bit close to the road so walked a bit further in to get a bit more cover from the main road and took aim at one sat about 20 yards away as soon as i picked him up in scope he darted arou

    agree with above on new lightnings but the older mk 1 lightning not the xl are strong and sturdy guns and can be tuned really well i take pin heads out at 30 yards no prob on a rest and can put 5 shots in a 10p i agree thay no pro sport but for the price of a mk lightning and a tune up say all in £160 ya cant go wrong for that ,

    i went out at 1300 hrs for a couple of hours with my gun as i aint been out since got it tuned and got my scope sorted from hawke so off i went from my house about 2 mins walk onto some of my permission which is a small wooded area that seperates 2 fields and goes for about a mile, i put up some paper targets at 10yards and rest upon a stump and took aim and 3 shoots later all were going high so set scope in and walked out to 30yards and did the same till i was putting pellets in a 2p group then i had a bit of a play about walking out to 35,40,45,50 yards to gauge hold over etc then walk

    30 yards mate seems to be about the best then work out your hold over and under from there good luck with new gun

    id say a airarms pro sport in .22 they are excellent straight out of box and ar smooth and no twang etc just solid thud but they are heavy but this is made up by how accurate this gun is , other wise id say a lightning not tactical stock as they are to light in my opinion but with a lot of new lightnings they seem to twang and kick like hell so a good tune up is advised to smooth things out etc roughly hpw much are you wanting to spend

    na defo wernt complaining as [bANNED TEXT] we got out car i was shaking like a shitting dog i gunna try get out in next few days to zero scope and laser back in and hopefully get a few , will await your call mate and have a good xmas with your family mate

    hope so mate last day at work tommorow then will be trying to get out asap i just put my scope , light and laser all back on my gun ready for a zero , i think i might wet myself when i kill again its been a while i have even been thinking about getting the snares out its been that long i just need a small allen key for the 2stage trigger as its still the same then al ready to go been speaking to farmer and he is having a bit of trouble with squizzers as they diggng into parrot avairys and knicking seed and he said he lost 7 eggs this year from squizzers disturbing them and i have just got som
