Nice looking collections lads

  5. Sorry mate, that'll teach me to reply to posts when I'm still half asleep... Hopefully you'll have a permission soon, best of luck getting one, hopefully it won't take you too long.
  6. Hi mate, and welcome to the loonybin... First off, if you're really new to it all, get yourself down to a club or range and get your eye in, you're best off leaving the live stuff alone until you're capable of shooting to within an inch sized target at whatever ranges you're gonna be hunting at. Keep your ranges realistic initially, ie under 40 yds and you'll be fine. Don't go shooting live quarry till you're capable of killing it cleanly though, cos injuring animals due to poor preparation is a no no. You've chosen a damn good gun to start with though, so get out there and get to know it! All
  7. Sounds like you lads had a good day out, nice one! (Only just come on here, or I'd have said summat earlier...)
  8. You'll be phoning SFS in the morning then skot?!
  9. That paper round must've been uphill and against the wind... Happy birthday Craig mate
  10. That stocks lovely Darryl mate! If you decide to get rid I know of a certain recently purchased 77 that it'd suit a treat...
  11. Well, it's always handy to carry something that you can club stuff to death with eh rob... Should've kept that 97 mate lol
  12. Spread that over 20 years? - as with anything, good quality ALWAYS works out better value. Have a look at the Bush Shirt at £245 - I am seriously considering one. It will see me out and be an heirloom! here you go acuspell mate, those girls run a firm called maude and fox, google that and you should find what youre after mate, if not their phone number is 01258 489 628. what impressed me about the kit was that it wasnt just really well made gear, its just these two lovely lasses hand making everything so i reckon any british firm making quality kit should be supported during t

It will see me out and be an heirloom! i was dribbling when i was checking those bushshirts out when i got my bison, they are seriously well made and i reckon will outlast just about any other brand of coat out there. although theres some similar bushshirts out there that are handmade by two lovely lasses, although i reckon theyre even better, with leather shoulder and elbow reinforcement on top of all the bison quality and
  16. Not anymore mate, they're made in china nowadays and are rubbish compared to the old NZ stuff. I've an old NZ army wool coat(in dpm no less) and it's heavy as hell compared to their new stuff( which you can practically see through). But like other successful outfitters they've dropped their standards.
  17. Cheers guys, am raising a glass of sloe gin to y'all whilst watching the new die hard.. Incidentally, took the day off and went squirrel bashing for 3 hours with the dog. And blanked completely..
  18. Oh it is mate, I've practically lived in it since I got it. I can't rate these shirts highly enough, well worth the money
  19. There's some in the October meet photos thread mate
  20. Loads. Just dunno how to upload them from an iPhone....
  21. Pro sport looks a bit different now mind you, with wood worms lovely stutzen stock adorning it. Shoots better n all!
  22. I'm afraid so, good looking feller ain't i!
  23. I just use bog standard mole skin trousers me self, heavy duty ones for 40 notes so I haven't bothered with the bison ones. They had corduroy knees originally and I find it's too noisy a fabric for my permissions.
