Gain,formula one or odds on. Formula ones cheap, tenner a sack 24%protine. If you can add tripe or beef you wont go wrong.

Ken its often showing on the active channel.. I aint done it like proper, my mates do mma and kempo.. I have tried a few moves and they were effective.. To me it the ultimate self defence but disable you opentant at same time..

I have a great sea land Cap, I bought off MIK years ago.. Baseball style, side bit pop down over yer lugs, if its right cold.. Could even reverse the main body of it and it was bright orange, if grouse shooting etc..
