    Lifting weights will burn more cals.. I'd agree with the cardio but id be swing bells,do sets of squats,deadlifts get your heart pumping. Id do cardio as a light warm up and down.. Id eat well and a protin shake will do you no harm.. Good luck.. Ive been all shapes and sizes.. I lack dedication to keep it going.. I enjoy cycling in the summer , much better than running.

    Think Willows is 3/4 spaniel 1/4 terrier.. I could be wrong ( I dont think I am lol ) Good luck with your litter fella.. I like the look of this cross and when one of my old dogs kick the bucket.. I will be after one of these..

    Mate a pup would chase a crisp packet in the wind,they dont need doubled up. "The way" in my opinion is just start them with easy runs,when they are physically and mentally reading.. Had a shot with a lure on a beach in summer. They are okay to get dogs a stretch out.

    I done thread like this month or so back.. Mine where tubeless tyres. I just got a tube put in.. Was tiny hole on side wall. I could not find the hole my self took it to tyre place £15 .. If it was obvius hole id maybe try one of them plug kits..

    Hello mate. Sorry just seen your post.. AWL will be taking membership,in the new year.. Members will be updated as to when Council of Hunting are meeting and feedback will be given.. We are looking to have more media produced for 2016 and will be continuing to forge allancices with feildsport supporters.. We will be helping lurcher link, a lurcher rescue charity.. We will be attending game fairs and shows this summer and hope to meet and speak with as many people as we can. Hope folks have a good Christmas and are able to have some time off with their familie

    I dont think they are under valued ... These KC & pedigree types are probly over valued.. Think if your happy paying the price thats all that matters.. I would pay up to £250/£300 for a pup, Id not pay anymore cause their is more supply than demand.. To many folk breeding lurchers which keeps the prices down Jmo..

Its a shame some "hunting" lads are giving them the amunition to shoot ourselves with..     they run hounds to tree them I reckon, and suppose they make fur coats from them, every body to there own thing, but deff not for me . !! Yeah I thought they'd maybe use hounds.. I was just wondering if they had coursing legal there for the sighthounds..

    I don't think the lads went there with the intention of killing the rain deer... They were being pusued by the police and crashed and bailed, leaving their dogs.. These lads were obviously not hunting legally & the car was not registered / taxed.. They are doing the game and us no favours.. This taring about in jeeps is half the thrill for these guys.. They are playing cat and mouse with the police. . It will be old news next week.. We need to keep hunting and distance ourselves from these types of chartcters.     Mine are fine but I give mine a drop of that ultimate oil too.. To be fair mine only get 20% dry.. Get a lot or tripe & chicken

    Aye its not good if Its firing out the back end mate.. Try something else .. That CJS aint the cheapest but if it keeps them right. Try some hypoallergenic brands too might help..
