    what type of shooting do you want ?? Birds or rabbits ,squirrels rats ?? can you not encouarage some on to your own land ?? Id just go looking for free land. You can never have enough permission but can be the victim of your own sucsess.. Ive bits that are bleak lol

    Ive got a few bits of half decent land .. Ive got it all gratis.. I would consider paying for some top land. Id imagine though to pay for shooting rights it would be a bit of cash ?? It would have to be bouncing with gear and id want sole rights. You'd turn into a mini gamekeeper though, id want trpas out and would be hacked off if folk where poaching. Imagine its be more hassle than its worth..

I can confirm our representative attended a MEETING OF THE COUNCIL OF HUNTING ASSOCIATIONS, HELD ON TUESDAY, 12th JANUARY, 2016 It would be unfair to disclose the details / information on here, before our members are fully informed.     Try promethazine.. Unlike zopiclone or valium it's not addictive. It's a antihistamine,you can buy from a pharmacy without a prescription. It's used for allergies, travel sickness, anxiety-agitation & for sleep. Sainsbury sells 54 tablets (25mg) for £8. I've worked some funning shifts and years of lamping.. Laptops & smartphones don't help if you can't nod off.. (Its the back light) Your better off listening to some whale music or guided meadatation. I got a sleep app for my phone.

    Do you think with social media, these forums and books .. People are less impressed with CMW as they are getting their hit in so many other places.. What was more appealing back then ?? As I kid I read plummer books and loved them.. If I was reading them now, id think differently about them. What type of stuff would people like to see in CMW ??

    I spent a bit on mine after moving house.. I got a brickie to build some nice pens.. Galvanised pen doors & used them bitumen sheets for roofing. Prior to that ive had few decent wooden set ups..

    Lifting weights will burn more cals.. I'd agree with the cardio but id be swing bells,do sets of squats,deadlifts get your heart pumping. Id do cardio as a light warm up and down.. Id eat well and a protin shake will do you no harm.. Good luck.. Ive been all shapes and sizes.. I lack dedication to keep it going.. I enjoy cycling in the summer , much better than running. very true , weight cardio is the best cardio ever So ive been told mate.. If Ive wanted to loose weigh thats what id do..
