  8. so myself and the young lad (who i brought along for company) arrived at our destination tortosa along the river ebro, about an hour form where we were staying at salou in spain we set of about 10am and were told by andy who we hired the boat from that the river was in flood, up about 1 meter or so due to melt water from the snow in the mountain and rain water. i have to say the water was the most magnificant green/blueish colour i have ever seen anywhere. so he took us up the river a short distance just out of town and told me to throw out the anchor. the rods were already

  13. well we set of on saturday to enniskillen to get to the boats that we had hired for the day. seven of us in total fishing 3 in one boat and 4 in the other. when we arrived there the weather could not have been any better, the sun was shining and a slight breeze. so boats loaded up we set of. i wanted to fish a spot that had always proven itself great in the past, it was about an hour and a half up the lake at full steam ahead. we stopped at a few fishey looking spots along the way and they did produce single fish. finally we arrived at the destination i wanted to try. it was a large,
