Well done CL, had a looksy myself today on a stubble and suprised to see huge flock of birds on it . The birds round my way are still in the main in the woods on berries and beech mast, havnt touched the rape yet. Anyway, didnt bother with the pigeons, there were 36 pheasants on the field so i played with those most of the ones up my way must be still feeding on the beach nuts there crops were chocker with them thats chance to be why a cany few flew a few fields befor dropping. we shot that same field 2 weeks ago and only shot ten all day there was nowt even flying. but it was totaly d

me and me mate went for a couple of hours shoot on the only bit of stuble left on the land we shoot. we got there for about dinner time and there was a few birds moving about so we got set up and befor we could sit down there was a massive flock of about 30 birds straight in at the decoys and for the next couple of hours they just kept on coming we shot just under 50 and a few crows and must of missed as many again a great couple of hours sport i forgot to take the camra so sorry no photos

Same here. Must have found a different crop to eat. Down here I keep finding very poor conditioned dying squabs. same for us mate a few weeks back they were coming from every direction and last time we were out i think we shot about ten and they were full of berreys and a little bit corn. thing should pick up soon as the field we were shooting is the only one that the farmer is leaving as stuble over winter so they should hammer it

a mate ov mine has asked me to put a post on he has got 4 bitches 6 weeks old the mother is border x russel lakeland and the dad is a lakey. both dogs work to ground the mother is used more for bushing but the dad is 100% earth dog hes a cracking stamp ov a dog. he is looking for £200 for them 07746432992 he lives in the durham area

i have a brand new long net its a 100 yards long its a 6 ounce net with all the sticks its brand new i have only used it once. its just hanging in the garage so thought i might as well get rid im looking for about a 90ono for it. im in the durham area i would swap for a pigeon magnet
