    I read a thread the other day about converting Lightforce lamps to take Hid bulbs, well at the boot fair Sunday I came across a fella selling a kit which I secured for a tenner. I wired the thing up and adapted the heat sink to take the bulb and hey presto job done. I took it up the alley to test it and was delighted with the beam (much better tighter and brighter) but when I put the red filter on it cut the beam right down to about thirty yards (pants). I used it in anger for the first time last night without a filter and again a bright clear image but within seconds the car was full of moths

    They are a very versatile animal in my opinion, mine has his faults but he is an excellent catch dog.................................................................................all the best and enjoy the forum

    I had it on sports mode and let the camera decide the settings as it was getting pretty dark...................................

    i havent got my own transport but i can get hold of a lift. you could of said that in your first reply to me, rather than just stating you could get a lift, giving me the indication you could get here Well it does say Gateshead under his avatar and he did ask for someone local.........................................
