having recently had a young 18 oldish hob given to me, after checking whether he had been castrated I noticed that his testicles were there but extremely small unlike any of my other hobs? roughly they are about the size of a peanut each but have yet to descend when he comes into season obviously.Is he able to breed or just act as a Vasc'd hob?

hello , I am new to this part of the forum and long netting in general, i have a nylon 50 yard long net that is traditional and i am going to change it to quick set using hazel pegs, which method of tieing off the top and bottom lines at each peg would you say is best? ATB

Thanks JD really appreciate it,can i just say how excellent your other books that ive read are i.e running dog addiction and the hare and the swift.They really are in a league of their own! I'm only a fifteen year old lad getting into the game and these are the only way i will be able to see certain quarry run til the ban is repealed, and again thank you and all the best

ive recently purchased one of the above. I have figured out how to use pinpoint and locate to a degree, but I cant seem to be able to get it to work on search mode? it goes to 8 foot on locate but then idont know how to use the top set of numbers for search? if anyone could help me out ,I would be greatful, thanks

just a quick question, im getting a springer next year and would just like your thoughts on whether having a couple of tame rabbits out on the lawn and hunting it around them then dropping it when they bolt would be the same as going into a purpose pen? im new to gundogs and would just like some advice ,thank you

very good advice that pal i use it myself when walking through fields that are covered in litter or little pieces of anything with my young dog got to be one of the most annoying habits

cheapest place ive seen mate is £152:50p at bridport nets, it was £149 but i think it went up with the VAT rise
