whats the name of the guy with the terriers thats taking you out ??? why are you local to wilts too?

Hi, I am 23yo live on salisbury plain, wilts and I own a 3yo whippet bedlington bitch. My dog has a fantastic prey drive and will catch rats and rabbits of her own accord out and about. I'm due to start working her with a guy I met and his terriers and ferrets the autumn and I want to find out as much as I can about what will be expected of her before then. How the hell do I train her not to run for miles chasing anything that comes into veiw???? How do I train her not to eat what she catches???? any advice appriciated Cheers
