    Boys and girls i have found a new found love for my springer!! Tuning and polishing it creates a whole new gun. I polished the piston to a shiny mirror like finnish and the end of the spring. And it is smoooooth!! Cheers for the help guys!

    yep i remember thats the guy i got the inspiration from. The guy in question had a real gift for it. Im not thinking £200 im thinking could it ad another £40 ish.

    if i knew what parts the v-mach had i could machine some on the lathe?

    cheers buddy! i have removed the lot again and have found some wet and dry paper and silicone. What has the v-mach tuning kit got that others dont by the way?

    Another thing after dismantling the gun. The parts i have found are a spring the bit that goes on the end to hold it in. a plastic sleeve with 3 washers in front of it all encased in a metal casing with a seal on the end of this which is flat. which bits do i polish and where do i definatly not grease etc?

    Hi i have bought a new spring for my supersport. Before i replace it what household oils should i use and where should i put them? i have moley grease for the spring where else should i put this?

    That may have something to do with a few buzzards and a family of foxes that live nearbye. Damed buggers stole one of my chickens. A 12bore may have to visit i think.

    i dont keep rabbits so its ok that is a good point though. damn mixi i havent seen much recently but in msy garden the whole population got wiped out by mixi there used to be loads when i was younger now i havent seen one for around 5 years.

    Hmm damn good point there! tough one when i get the time i may have another go (yep it may not be worth it but i enjoy doing it so its ok) I will post another pic of the old stock when i finish it.

    As you probably all well know i made a complete arse of myself a few weeks back. The stock i had made was in need of some big work before i could sell it. I have done a bit more on it and have a little bit more to do. My question is how much could a WELL made stock add to my Bsa supersport running at 11ftlbs?

    So burning is the best option but does it kill the flea?

    It could be adapted to work on a scope by a tech monkey! something that you look through which is attached to the back of your scope?

    Hi what should you do if you come across a mixi rabbit? Does burning them kill the disease? Also i have heard that the disease can live in unused burrows for a few years is this true?

    Hia mate im big on mountain bike dh racing and 4x a decent full suss new will set you back more than nearly all air rifles upto around £1000.

    Hey gundogbob this will probably sound like a bad joke to you but if i put my old stock on my bsa or cleaned up my handmade one are you up for a deal?

    Hahaha yep still needs some touching up. Now i have just got to persuade gundogbod and buster that im going to be a nice lad. Any tips on improving the stock would be great.

    the pic without the butt pad in place. was about 2 months ago when i was still in the process of making it.

    Ok it may look a little grim at the moment what would you suggest i do? If i get a buyer i was going to give it a few more coats of oil and a lot more sanding.
