  1. Hello! Finally bought a bottle for my falcon. It has what i think is called a k valve. Now so far I have worked out I need a a clamp adapter, these seem to only come as a clamp to DIN fittings, now Once I have bought this a clamp adapter I will need a hose. I have in possession what I believe to be a male DIN to male 1/4 hose, my falcon fill probe is a 1/8 I think. The obvious solution would be to get a female to female reducer from 1/4-1/8 however I cant seem to find one! so what are your suggestions? I am trying to do this on the cheap so preferably I would like to use the hose I already own

  5. Hello! My mates HW80 will no longer cock... He will draw back the barrel and the gun wont latch. anyone had this problem? I had the same problem with my supersport at one point but managed to fix that. taking apart the HW80 I cant see whats wrong with it. the trigger mechanism seems to be working fine and we can just about manage to get it to latch out of the stock but its a struggle and as soon as its in the stock it wont latch atall. Not only this but at the same time this problem occured the cocking leaver arm fall out occasionally when we put the barrel back to firing position. The onl

  7. Hi lads, anyone ever tried making a pigeon flapper? I have made a prototype but its very chunky and flaps violently... I was wondering if any of you have any experience of them? anyone have a properly made one? Im interested in how they made theirs. Il post an image when I get it working properly. Any info on how the real ones work or anyone with experience with them could give me some pointers, that would be fantastic! cheers

  11. Hi lads, Im shooting a few pigeons at the moment and im looking to sell of a few that i dont eat to try and cancel out the cost of a few cartridges. Im in the cambridge area and would like 30p or so per pigeon, Im not sure are they any good for ferret food? cheers
  12. Right my matey turns 17 tomorrow, I need to get the lad a present but "what" is the major question, he shoots air rifles (hence asking on here) is probably going to learn to drive and has most things lol, I was thinking maybe a silencer, he uses a webley stingray so it would only really be for the looks and also a silencer would probably set me back a fair few bob :/ so any ideas lads, I got him a tin off his pellets but he normally gets a bit more so Il try meet his standards this time cheers
  13. nicely put, I knew its always best to check on here.
  14. Rascal, thats quality! I wish more keepers farmers were like that.. far more people would be able to access country sports (not too many mind) but atleast it would give fieldsports a better name. The farmer im working for is just like that. great blokes
  15. cheers lads seems to me that it will be pointless on my gun, a quick google search came up with the turbulence theory so i thought id ask the true experts. the theory goes that the air behind the pellet is going faster than the pellet thus causing the so called "air turbulence" anyway after hearing your views I dont see its worth it on my bsa supersport not only because it doent have a use but i doubt it will look good on my gun. cheers lads
  16. Nice one, and they actually have a noticeable effect do you know? cheers
  17. My friend has on his webley stingray a muzzle brake. What are the benefits of a muzzle brake on an air rifle? I have read that muzzle brakes reduce turbulence and muzzle flip, however in the case of spring or gas ram air rifles do they actually help in any way?
  18. on the farm I work on they are on the peas and hard hit rape.

  21. Hello. Up for sale is is a BSA Airsporter I have done some research and it seems its either MK 5 or 6. (The number is Gl12901) I have machined a teflon spring guide and made a piston head with O-ring configuration the gun now shoots smoothly and is putting out a consistent 10.58 ft/lbs and around that power on my chronograph. gun is a joy to shoot but I will be purchasing a shotgun soon so need to get rid of one of my air rifles and prefer to keep my gas ram supersport. the internals are all nice and smooth trigger is working spot on, I have refinished the stock but to be fair the buyer will p
