    Not always true . Had a bitch that would gladly kill bolting rats but wasn't good at marking rats to ground,she would find them in buildings. Not a fan of smokers does f**k all for a good marking dog,seen the smoker kill more rats underground then bolters.

    Ok 6 months or 6 yrs I woulent expect or want a dog to sit tight( bitch was flat down)when being attacked/harassed by 4 strange bigger dogs. This topic wasn't posted about how good my dog is,it's about non hunting folk having 4 big dogs that they can't control in a rural area
