    Thats what i was planning, a one off cost too. Plus i guess it could be handy having a larger hob too as my jills are quite small?

    Hi all, im new to ferrets and ferreting, i was given a ferret many years ago and went ferreting a couple of times but didnt really know what i was doing. I have just got a couple of jills and would like to get back into it. I was wondering if there was anyone in the Medway area who perhaps wouldnt mind me tagging along with them for a few outings to learn more about the process. Also thinking of gettting a hob for the jills so i dont have to pay for injections each year, is this the best way do you think or is it better to get the jills spayed? Many thanks for reading, Paul.

    Thanks for the replys, i shall give them a try. One other thing, the nets i have made twist when theyre hanging up, is this just because its cheap twine or is there something im doing wrong? They are fine when laying flat so dont know if it will be a problem?

    Hi all, i have recently started making my own purse nets, have made a couple out of cheap hemp from a garden centre. I feel confident making them now so would like some better quality twine. I was wonedring where is a good place to get it? Also is Jute the same? Any info would be great. Thanks, Bud.
