I want to make a manual footswitch for my pigeon flapper. rather then buying a remote control and having a something in hand when you go to take a shot. simple plan, i just want a footswitch of somesort that can connect to the battery and obviously the pigeon flapper so i can control as and when i want my flapper on/off by use of my foot i think i know whats best but i wouldnt mind some advice, even better if you've done it yourself thanks rikki

I would eat pigeon breast if I could get over the taste of liver and that what I believe they mostly taste like. And I'm of the same belief as you, so I'd rather see them eaten by whoever then go to waste, I wouldn't shoot them if I knew no one would eat them or do something with em

I used to crown my pigeons too, until I realised I was needlessly double handling them. After all, you've still got to cut the breast meat from the crowns anyway. These days I just bring the haul home, peel the skin back from the breasts and cut them out and discard the carcass. takes a minute. I guess crowning is good if you want to leave the carcasses in the field- can't see much point other than that. I crown mine simply cause I sell what I can't give away, I let friends and family have theirs before I line my own pocket, and I believe that when you've crowned a pigeon you can't ha

Best way I find of getting the pigeon breast out is by breaking and twisting of the wings then my thumb under the breast bone and pull out, breast meat then comes out whole on the bone almost like a love heart shape. You can then pick and choose how you gunna cut the meat.. Puuuurfeeck ATB Rikki

thats alright im left handed so it wouldnt be for me anyways, dont facny getting slapped in the face by empty cartridges all day got a photo of the silencer? overall price mate that i want is about £175, with cartridges and everything, its to fund a left hand semi auto thats been calling me since I started shooting... I've got a .20 hw77. Cracking gun and I find it hits like .22 but flies like a .177 I would recommend the calibre. ATB Rikki

I got the acme crow caller and it's a cracking caller. Also I find that more then often I scare of the individual crow by itself by screaming at them with the caller. Try a rabbit squealer to try and grab the greedy b*****ds attention I caught 3 out by doing exactly that. ATB. Rikki

3 shot Norica Bolt Action .410, nice little clean gun, good starter gun or perfect for the ferret over the top of the holes, Not sure what I want to swap it for so W.H.Y?
