    do you buy your sunflower seeds straight or are they part of another feed mix you buy and then mix. i plan to take the cracked maize out when the weather gets warmer

    one thing i will say that if you get mite or lice in that coop it will be murder to get out of them cracks, so keep an eye on it and if you only see a couple drench it in creosote

    also i would say that the problem with small farms is they are breeding a cow that doesnt fit their system, they are breeding a holstein that has shite feet and isnt robust, but because its grandma was imported from canada and it has a straight back its a good cow..... no a good cow is one that fits the system not ones who last 3 lactations and feed rot off.....

    . Its a fact that british farms have stood still for decades. The shipings as you say were for a bygone age And now are used for. Stables etc yes we have seen the upgrading in accomadtion and feedind systems , Who would of thought of cutting and storing grass 50 years ago Its progress but.     so what? dairy cows for years have been in concrete stalls and had feed brought in for them, you would be very suprised at how little modern dairy cows actually get to graze, this farm is only in the spotlight as it has a higher number of animals. and as has been said, dairy cows have to have the maximum level of comfort ie mattresses and electric brushes because they will produce more milk. you think that in the past it was different? at least mordern farms have big airy sheds and not shitty little shippons where the cows were tied up by their neck all winter. i have no argument with the

    there is no biggest rivalry in english football. what you feel as an individual to another team like b*******n rovers for example, is no different than what another fan may feel. but daytrippers and glory supporters like man united dont count, and as for everton/liverpool, bill kenwright used to go to liverpool one week, everton the next! unthinkable that is to any other team. i hate f***ing leeds more than blackburn anyway. but one thing is for sure, it would be a hell of a lot more boring without rivalry! i think everyone of our songs mentions rovers in one way lol...
