  1. good value, you get seven shaped nets from a spool
  2. about six quid for 500 grams, not bad
  3. Got a spool of twine butchers use for tieing meat etc, decided to make a few nets from it, I think it is made from rayon, great to knit with only needs single knotting, seems ok. I dont know how durable it will be in the field but Ill give it a go and post reports later, as any of you lads used it before and how did you find it?, regards Dave
  4. Took 40 to local gamedealer who is paying 1.50 a piece at the moment,and kept the rest for the pot,so not a bad day at all

  6. Had a trip out to Catterick yesterday, the nettles were still high and the wind was blowing an hooly, but we decided to have a crack, rabbits bolted like a dream and at the end of the day we ended up with 54 nice bunnies, who said rabbits wont bolt in the wind, regards DAVE.

  13. Ive got some yellow 9 mm fibreglass rod which I will do you ten for 22 quid, just basic rod no end caps or anything.
  14. Swapped my old knocker box for the mark 3, strange at first, but when the old eyes are starting to go it is a lot easier to read the depth on the display with the lights than to read the wheel, so glad I swapped.
  15. ]Had a few hours out on some new land we just got which consists of a clay pigeon shooting range and some other small ajoining fields. Started doing a few hedge backs and we were bolting the odd rabbit but it was slow going, the first couple had signs of recovering from mixy, then as we progressed the rabbits started bolting better and were nice healthy bunnies, ended up with a bag of 29 good healthy rabbits, ps just made a new game carrier and guess who had the honour of trying it out, regards DAVE
