    a couple of years back,i had rats living under the ferret shed,got them out filling the set with water and let the dogs get them as they bolted.

    got a call from a farmer last week,he said there were lots of rabbits running around a certain hedgerow he plans to plant with barley,will i ferret them before they breed .i told him they already were,and i didnt want to ferret them ,and that i would have a look around with the gunto appease him.he insistedthat i ferret or he will get someone else.so on sunday of we went, 9 sets later stung and ripped to f#ck.called back at farm to let the farmer know what we got,a grand total of 4 bunnys,he swore there was at least 50 a couple of days before,how come they always seem to do this see 2 and say

    When we used to do alot of ferreting in north Yorkshire we used to get very large numbers of rabbits ,when we were dressing them we used to get alot with white speckles on there livers i dont no what it was but have never come accross it any were else . THE WHITE SPOTS ON THE LIVER IS COCIDOSIS,HOPE THIS HELPS

    it will have to be a vasectomised hob not nuetered,as these have no sex drive .i once took a ferret for the snip, and it came back neutered,wasnt best pleasedcalled the vet a useless ,and after a lot of arguing got another done free,and did not pay for first.
