    locator every time for me,if they are not needed why are there so many ferals about.never lost a ferret since i started using one,lost a few back in the day though.move with the times they are there to help.

    would not be without mine,like has been said when field craft fails the locater savestime,you get your ferret back,and a rabbit that would of been left to contaminate the warren for a while.combined with old school field craft these things are agod send.

    thats a respectable start mate, a lot of lads struggling to get double figures.first time on the moor tomorrow,hope theyve pulled back .packed up last season in december,mixy seems to be going on a lot longer.

    got up this morning looked out the window,great i thought we have missed the rain,all sorted and away to the farm .half way there rain starts,get tothe farm p#ssing down decided to have a look at a spot in the woods.walked to the boundry and started working our way back over,netted up what we thought were a couple of small sets.put ferret in one sett few minutes later rabbit bolts from the other ,by the time i ran over to it approx 40 foot or so it had kicked the net and the dogs were on,quickly caught and retrieved,this set the scene for the rest of the morning.finished of with 14 big fat rab
