Thinking of cleaning up my gun its second hand and its got a bit of rust on it. Whats the best way to do this? Not sure if im in right section here?

Thanks for the advice. I bought a cheap lamp from "The Range" Cost me £11 1million candle and supposed to last 30 mins. Lasted about 10 flicks on and off talk about getting what you pay for.

Im looking to buy a lamp which mounts on top of gun. I seen some on some one elses gun they said they last ages and they've never run out when using them. They paid £70 but they have no names on them and didnt come in a box. Ive looked on internet but dont know what ones are good. I dont want to spend alot wouldnt even mind buying second hand.

Is dry weather better to go rabbit hunting with a spring gun? reason being i went this morning to a place where my friend told me there was loads of rabbits when he goes fishing, got there 5.15am. no rabbits where he said and not many around

Went out with my gun last night for the first time, we only shot tragets it was so fun. Cant wait to kill some rabbits.
