    When i went to have a look at the pups i was looking for a bitch but he took my eye. Did not think he was going to make it through the first night but he has turned into a strong healthy dog.Hope he turns out similar to Sam did and lives a little longer. I could do with a bit of luck lol

    What your saying makes sense to me and i will take it on board. We got a good bond going on and i think i hold his trust there is not much he wont willingly let me do to him. He is with me most days and is out daily mooching about. i get along with dogs better than i do with people to tell the truth i am a quite type of man which seems to suite the pup and he responds well to a soft voice.Just don't want him to realise what he is capable of and act on it.At the end of the day i want a social dog not something i can not trust. Appreciate the advise fella

    When i was at Ragley Hall a guy took a few photos of him bag chasing ,so i thought i would put them up for any of you guys that may be interested in how he is coming on.He is 27" and i don't reckon he will go much more.He has got a good prey drive cracking nose on him good turn of speed for a lump.He ain't scared of much and is a very quite type of dog. I have been socialising the f**k out of him as i can see he ain't going to suffer fools lightly and it seems to be paying off. He has had a few easy rabbits and a few rats and a woody he caught in the yard and seems to be soft mouthed . All in

    When my back goes i have a couple of the mrs tramadol and a couple of co-codamol and if that don,t take the edge of a few whiskey on top.Best pain killer for me was called ponstan what her indoors had for period pains lol

    1976 swimming in the old brickyard lake got the worst sun burn of my life.Bird nesting fishing hay jumps raiding the orchards always had mongrel dog tagging on.If i got back home and the door was locked I had to sleep in the dog kennel. Out early doors mooching about back in when it got dark . Not a care in the world good old days

    Had my box for a couple of years it runs through my sky dish and connects to my broadband card sharing i think you call it.I paid £200 for the box and 1 years subs and £100 a year there after and a no quibble after care .Get all sky and bt plus a load more channels Lot more reliable than kodi or android boxes. The guy that i got mine of is a is a good guy phones when there is any channel updates not had a problem so far.

He is coming on well fella 27 tts maybe go another inch.he has a good prey drive and cracking nose on him.Been spending my time socialising him and teaching him manners don,t want him to be aggressive but i can already see he not going to suffer fools willingly.He is very bright and got a great character.It's early days yet he not eleven months old but i don't think there is there will much he wont tackle.     I do like the look of the picardy lurcher? Do they have the fire to tackle big game? they look hardy dogs. ATB S2H Can only speak of the one i had. He was a brave dog and cock sure of himself had plenty of fire.

    I am on my second Picardy cross the last one was a class act but didn't make old bones. The one I got now is ten months old and a work in progress but showing similar traits to Sam. When I need another dog its got a good chance I will pick another Picardy blooded mutt

    10 month old He got a great nose thick skin and a good jacket and seems keen enough and gets along with the old fella
