  1. Tell him to bring the stuff along won't be a problem
  2. Ivermec ok if your dogs have no collie blood in the make up, not sure the right reason behind it but wouldn't take the risk.
  3. There a few white ones in my area. Big white dog from last year has produced 2 white young this year. There seem regular by joe public
  4. so your saying a dog has to run an earth to know there's somethinv home, mine won't go under no matter how much scent my pup different though he would go in anywhere a month or so ago but he getting the just of things now Aimed at dyktos
  5. Slightly different? Maybe so but the outcome still the same if there's nowt in dog won't go. Av seen plenty people hissing dogs on at empty earths usually find out afterwards the dog either a young yin or the owner not got a clue Edited to say; I'm not the best with wording what I'm trying to get across but any real digging dog won't be arsing around running empty earths
  6. when I approach an Earth I'll let the dog off and he will check every hole nook and cranny but won't drop in if there's nothing home, I don't have the luxury of hounds running them in and marking till a terriers dropped. I have to go with the dog if he's had a sniff round and not went in there's nothing there.
  7. When I go to an earth be big or small if my dog says no there's nowt home, he wont go to ground if there's nothing in. Got to go with the dog I'm afraid.
  8. What do you do if you trust your dog 100% per cent and it won't run it and you don't have another dog there. I'd go with the dog and get moved on to the next
  9. A good dog will mark then find in the biggest of earths, dog will run from hole to hole above having a quick sniff as he goes
  10. I don't get out with hounds often, whilst having my own dogs with me anyway. Any decent digging dog should mark without having to go and investigate what's below. Just my opinion Atb
  11. If your dog anything like the thing it won't go to ground unless there's one in
