    Am I right in thinking there is a 64 dog simulated coursing comp kicking off on Saturday morning.

    All Bede/whippet/Greys will work if you want em too, RB bred 19 of the 40 odd dogs in the final and as the man sez he bred the four in the final line up, hats off to the man I say.

    Have been asked to advertise the Glaisdale Hunt show, 22nd August at Borrowby Grange, Borrowby, nr Roxby, Whitby, N. Yorks, to start at 1.30pm. Sorry, dont have a postcode. Terrier and lurcher show in aid of Hunt funds. First time for the lurcher show and if it could be well supported would become a regular fixture. thanks

    Saturday 14th August, Saltersgate Farmers Hunt show, Boon Hill, Newton-upon-Rawcliffe, Pickering, N. Yorks. A traditional country show with lots of attractions including Hound show, hound trailing, ferret show, companion dog show, terrier show and racing, lurcher show, amateur gundog scurry, horn blowing competition etc. Licensed bar and home made refreshments. Terriers and lurchers qualify for Cock of the North.

    Had a drive along to the race meeting with the veteran lurcher. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done lads and thanks for having us.
