  2. Yep, that's a remmy in the picture. But that's the best pictures I could find, the new products were on show (I think) in Las Vagas at ShotShow 2010. I just thought I'd ad that they will be producing a chassis system for the 700, incase anyone was wondering. As for the .223 magazine, I'm pretty sure that at the moment AI dont produce factory .223 magazines, I know that sporting services & SYSS would convert another calibre size to fit the .223 case. They will now be offering that as a factory made .223 case.

Built upon the same battle-tested bolt, action, and barrels as the AW, the AX introduces a greater degree of versatility through an all-new adjustable, modular chassis system, while providing the same famed precision and dependability that defines an Accuracy International rifle. 5. Well, all you have to do is phone up your issuing force and let them know that you have been given new permission, they may ask you to send a copy of the written permission stating obviously the address of the farm or land and the contact details of the land owner. They keep a data base of pre-approved land. If the land hasnt been checked by police, all they will do is send a officer out to look at the ground & maybe speak to the landowner, to be sure it is safe. AT no cost to yourself, they may deem it suitable for a .22lr but not a larger calibre. Saying that, on my application f

  12. I read a cracker of a book, based on bench rest shooting from the states, talks about calibres, cleaning, breathing technique etc etc. but not much use as i cant remember the name!! It might have been "the precision shooter" or something along those lines... Sorry mate

  18. A BRITISH Army sniper has set a new sharpshooting distance record by killing two Taliban machinegunners in Afghanistan from more than 1 miles away. Craig Harrison, a member of the Household Cavalry, killed the insurgents with consecutive shots — even though they were 3,000ft beyond the most effective range of his rifle. “The first round hit a machinegunner in the stomach and killed him outright,†said Harrison, a Corporal of Horse. “He went straight down and didn’t move. “The second insurgent grabbed the weapon and turned as my second shot hit him in the side. He went
