  1. Hi mate, You might get some replies on here, but this is a hunting forum and FT is pretty specialized. You might be better trying the shooting the breeze forum which is dedicated to FT and HFT http://www.shooting-the-breeze.com/forums/index.php Hope this helps? Cheers Sib
  2. Nice shooting and excellent picture. Bisley Magnums in .177 certainly do the business. Sib
  3. Hi Nick, I have the .177 version that hasn't been out that long. As per all AA S4*0 series it is very accurate. It comes in a very unobrusive case which I have carried in public without anyone knowing what it is (badge side against my leg). It is light and the butt plate is adjustable. It has a very positive locking mechanism for the stock and is overall a well engineered package. Very consistent shot to shot if you only fill to 170 bar and shoot down to about 110 bar. I think I get about 40-50 shots - plenty enough shots for hunting. It will happily shoot excellent groups at 50 yds wi
  4. Ah yes - the Zinaroon XXX Channel. (should start a few frantic searches on Google or Youporn!) Sib
  5. Great video Si and without doubt the best instructional shooting video I've seen. As you say these rifles are so accurate, but it takes someone with your skill to show just how accurate, particularly in .22. How are you finding using 6x mag as opposed to your normal 10x? Cheers Sib
  6. Excellent mate. I look forward to the Zinaroon Productions epic - (coming to a PC near you soon!) Richard
  7. Nice to see you back Davy. I bet NY was bloody cold though? Cheers Sib
  8. Firstof all Si - a great video. Secondly this is fantastic shooting with a springer and .22 to boot. I agree with Bill that you should show some hold techniques that enable you to get this sort of accuracy. How's the recoil on this rifle comapred to the Chinese one that you tuned? Finally, I think you are so good with this, you may as well get rid of the R10 and HW100 Cheers Sib
  9. I prefer the big one in the middle. Sib
  10. Come on, come on - where is it?? The Mrs wants to get on the computer and I've told her to wait until I've seen the latest Hollywood offering from the Zinaroon studios. Sib
  11. Nice one Si. As usual your advice about not trusting anything until you've tested it yourself rings true with this. Forgot to say on your other post - great looking gun. What's the recoil like on it compared to say a HW95 or the Chinese springer you recently tuned? Sib
  12. Hey Si, Have you been raiding the Army piggy bank, what with all your purchases lately?? Or have you sold so many of the new DVDs that you've become a movie mogul overnight? Cheers Sib
  13. Same as Si. I've used one for the last six weeks or so and it's a great bit of kit, especially at half the price of its nearest competitor. Cheers Sib
  14. Nice looking dog, Paul. That was a big rat! Sib
  15. Interesting results Si. I have been using the Falcon Accuracy pellets in my HW100KT .22 I'm very pleased with them and they fly relatively flat for a .22! Good groupings as well. I'm happy with the slightly flatter trajectory, compared to the 16gn AA Field pellets I was using. Interestingly I've just put in the Falcon Accuracy into Chairgun Pro together with a .20 set up using Bisley Magnums. Both guns in theory giving 11.5 ft/lbs and zeroed at 25yds. The .20 is in a 1" kill(i.e. 1/2 inch over/under)zone from 8.2 to 30.5 yds and the .22 from 8.1 to 30.5 yds, thus negating much
  16. "Another night with Zini." Wow - this had me worried and I certainly didn't want to see any pictures! Thankfully it was a hunting report and it sounds like a good night for all. Cheers Sib
  17. Have a great time mate. Didn't you say a while ago it was for your daughter's 18th? If so - hope she has a wonderful time. Cheers Sib
  18. Excellent Si. Good tutorial and responsible post mate. Cheers Sib
  19. Nice shooting Si. Just got home from 3 days away on business and the new DVD is waiting for me. Excellent! Cheers
  20. Nice shot Gary. Pity we can't do the same when the politicians do what the pigeon did! Cheers Sib
  21. Cheers Niel - I'd appreciate that. Then I can have a play around Sib
  22. Interesting post, as I fired my AA S400 today after using my HW100 for a couple of days. I fired it immediately after checking zero on the HW100 and the difference in noise was amazing. I definitely would like to quieten the S400 down a bit, but don't want to spend £50. This could be worth investigating. Chers Sib
  23. Nice pictures of your rifles, Shay. It's great to see a new generation of airgunners coming along too. After all, this is the future of our sport and we should give the youngsters as much advice and encouragement that we can. Cheers Sib
