    i use pure spanials but for workin alongside the running dogs would have to be a first cross cocker russel great drive work fairly like the cocker but slower and gives tounge spanials can be to quick to work with lurchers

    greyhound bitch with a saluki cross lurcher. his breding is a sister of shamrock which were of irish lady,to a brother of captian.his sire was bred of a casper bred dog.the greyhound bitch was open class won 8 top races on the track. yeah well bred pups best of luck with them

    i know after that very cold spell last winter,when the rabbits started to breed the numbers were well up on the previou spring, however alot more than normal have now fallen to the virus, vicious circle. i know its a shame itl always happen where theres a good population your proably better constantly hunting them and keeping the numbers to a reasonable ammount to stop a large spred of fleas but then you reck you hunting youl never win

    yeah midges and biting fly can spread it just as quick and i think its down to the mild weather not killing them and the flea off midges can spread a long way

    there used to be a white lurcher dog who lived in local fields to me you would often see him walking up the main road early in the morning heading back up to a wood and on the lamp out hunting in a golf course and ajoining fields hed run from the beam after a couple seconds and run a mile during the day if he seen you. he used to be in perfect condition and had a strange body language

    have a whippet she will do every 1 cought single handed kind of a long drawn out battle though, but yes you could work them on charlie but wouldnt intentionaly go charlie hunting with her she can take a beating , if you need to do that job get a suitble dog
