would you like to run on rock hard ground in the middle of summer in your bare feet? vet should av charged u more to teach you a lesson -
hard ground will cause injurys like that and lamping hares well if the dogs not good enough to do them in the day leave it at home and get one that can or stick to bunnys

agree with mackay you need to be patient with the dog and give it time to heal when you get a working dog you make a comitment to look after it and nurse it when it gets injured as well as when its doing well. nobody with any sense would buy an injured dog if you have to sell him then get him right first -

take the misses on the wettest coldest most miserable days of the year and tell her its the best time to go hunting if she still wants to go she really loves it but most will jack it in then you get peace to enjoy your sport
