  12. Great little gun, comes with 3x9x50 Hawke Sport scope & bag. Collection only. Based in Warrington. £60.00 or swap for Deben MK3M Collar. Thanks Rich I have put a picture up for anyone interested, please bear in mind this air rifle is from the 80's and is not mint but very good condition. Looks like the stock has been refurbished & oiled, there is a new 10mm nut holding the trigger guard on as i think the screw may have threaded, its has had a new standard spring from chambers. I has quite a kick as older rifles do & takes getting used to, not like a pcp but i have shot many woo

  15. Are there any terrier lads around warrington, culcheth, leigh area on the forum? Just want to get my patterdale out with a few other terriers to get used to working in a pack as she has been a bit stand off/overwhelmed when out with other dogs, works fine on her own though so thought i would get he used to it before the season starts. She has had a couple of digs, done a bit of ratting and 100's of rabbits shes a good allrounder really. If anyone local interested in going for a mooch pm me. Cheers, Rich
  16. Has anyone got any patterdale pups for sale at moment or planning on a mating, looking for a bitch from working lines. Can pm if you prefer. Thanks, Rich
  17. Ive just bought myself a little trout rod & reel off ebay, a daiwa whisker & rimfly concept reel. Its only light gear, 4 floating line etc. Did a bit of fly fishing 10 years but not done any since. Just wondering if anyone knows of any small brooks or rivers in the cheshire area that hold some trout or grayling that i could try out, if not any local trout fisheries worth trying to get back into the swing of things. I am based in warrington. Thanks, Rich
  18. Can you keep a vasectomised hob and jill ferret together all year round without any fighting or will it kick off when the jill starts coming into season? Thanks, Rich
  19. There is a big difference between a vasectomy "The Snip" and castration "Balls cut off". If you want a hob to take your jills out of season you need a vasectomy which can be done at any time, castrated hobs will not take a jill out of season. Cost between £60 to £100 but worth it when you consider a jill can come into season twice a year, jill jabs can be costly as they dont always work first time and your also not pumping your jill full of chemicals, defintely worth considering. Cheers, Rich
  20. Thought about it....Male gos is made for feather but so is a pere but i dont know anything about long wings but have seen gos's and spars taking feather & you will not see a more exciting flight than with an accipiter, bite the bullet
