i was just woudering if anyone worked a lurcher with them blood lines deerhound greyhound whippet x collie greyhound even if you dont own let me know what you think of the breed

i have been told that you can get a tranning dummy that will get your dog light mouthed i normall use a old football sock wi a rabbit skin wraped round it but my dog is not the lightiest mounthed dog i have seen atb liam
yh its happened to be but not quite as good as that but we was out ferretin and it was a really cold day and we only had 2 and could not undersatnd were all the rabbits ad gone and then we found this 2 hole set got 3 out of that and but futher down found a one hole set and got 3 out of that and one dig but we spent all day looking for the rabbits

i dint kill the ferret this lad i was talking to when i waas in two minds weather to buy a mk3 or keep a mk1 he said dont they read a foot to deep and the black locater stick in side breaks after a few seasons and the mk1s are still running after all them years
thanks for all the comments and roxy i already go out with my dog a ferrets but i went out the other day with a mate and is dog just layed or sat down out the way and he said thats how the dog is ment to work the ferrets but i have allways let my og mark the set and then just liseten for where the rabbit is goin to bolt but thanks for all the adivce and atb
what do you like youe dogs to do after they marked the set walk around the set and find a hole they want to cover,or just lay or sit down out the way and wait for a bolt or any other diffrent things the dogs do after they marked the set
