  3. Have a rat issue after shoot season, anyone know of the Sussex Ratters or how to get hold of them please? Cheers AJ
  4. Pulsar G2+ for sale, owner had for a month and prefers lamping, full receipts from , guarantee etc, selling on behalf as he does not do computers The exact one as here http://www.uttings.co.uk/p106512-pulsar-sentinal-g2-4x60-md-nightvision-riflescope-76116t/#.UpYc0OBLqlI Perfect condition, cost £2100 new a month ago, wants £1800, collection only, so full inspection and tryout welcome. Properly mint condition, with Pulsars stellar guarantee. These are a great piece of kit, he just want to use what he used to. Come and look to see for yourself, will add photos when he drops
  5. it is not really an issue, with such a low muzzle velocity, the effect of gravity and a heavy bullet, knowing your land and the surroundings, a sub is the least of your worries. It will never travel as far as a supersonic .22 or ricochet as far as that has the potential to.
  6. S/H Sako FinnFire .22, great quality, very accurate, use subs, moderator and the only noise you hear is the click of the very small bolt. No damage to bunnies, no real ricochet issue with subs, shot flat a sub will drop to the ground within 300 yards anyway.
  7. wifey must not see a trap....... out of sight out of mind etc....
  8. try taking off the bipod and using the strap the proper way
  9. Yes, it is a strange one and thank you for elaborating rather more.. a gallery rifle is very accurate with optical or without right up to 50 / 70 yards yards.....i just have rather a nuisance fox who is very persistent in the garden on the farm. I would rather not use the .243 as it seems an overkill in the garden and a .44 just seems perfect. and the wife likes her plant pots.... I can never catch him outside the boundaries of the garden...he quite a smartie....even with leftovers My feo has been educated by me and the other farmers around here as she is not that, shall we say ex
  10. Expand please? Esp as I can shoot anywhere i have permission and deem safe myself.
  11. Just out if interest, I have an open FAC, a .22, a .243 and a .308 on it with no conditions.....I am thinking about purchasing a gallery rifle a la Winchester .44 magnum for gallery rifle discipline. For my variation, can I specify use on fox as well as use it for gallery rifle? What will the old bill say? Anyone with experience? Especially in the states they take down all sorts large game with these?
