i read in a ferret book, theres a chemical in certain cleaners that burns the ferrets skin.it says if it turns the water milky dont use it.but like dymented says it should be fine as long as its dry before the ferrets do in hope this helps Barry

just like the title says. i dont own a lurcher as yet.but im reading up on them all the same, looked on amazon and came across the complete book of sight hounds, longdogs and luchers for £ 49.95. so basically my question is, is it worth 50 quid thanks for reading Barry

i found that pushing my finger down there throat when the bite soon stopped them.only till you get the gag.nd not too hard.got told off a old guy down the street and it seems to work. they've never bite me since they were a few months old.well except when i mate the mistake of putting my hand down a hole after one lol Barry

are you feeding them before you shoot them? i always found that liquidfied cat food or peanut butter worked great.get them used to staying still and licking it up so you know were they are and can get a good shot at them with the air rifle.but if your over run i'd stick with the terrier lads. Barry

i had one of jills in before xmas for similar thing.had to leave her in because i was away at a wedding and wanted her watched.i didnt think i was so attached either.cost me a fortune when i should of said its only a ferrets and got her pts.but just couldnt.she works for me so i do the best i can for her Barry

i wear alt-berg boots and stay clear of the water.there rather high for a boot so nothings come over the top yet and i dont see the need for gators. Barry

ive no room myself, but im going to be after another hob next year and a couple of jills.need the weather to get better so i can sort my garden out and build a court.but i'll probably be breeding my new jills but be after a hob from a differnt place to keep my gene pool nice. barry

we take 4 jills, and a hob or 2.and use 2 at a time -
