  1. My dog never does well on golf courses, I only ever run him on the ruff grass now really to give him a chance. Think I'll order a replacement cig adapter bit to keep in the car just in case that ever happens to me, I'm almost an hour to my permission from my house. Good bag that mate well done Atb Baz

  8. alt berg gamekeepers, went to the factory shop, got sized up and they had my size in stock. There great boots 2 year later still going strong
  9. got about a half dozen with sandy heads last season from a forest my ferretting partner has permission. no other colours so far tho
  10. yea its a private railway and ive got the induction, course and test to do before i can even ferret it. so probly be next season now

  12. the railway runs through my permission, and it needs doing as farmers keeps asking. and railway says i need insurance. SACS says 35 quid for a year, and i can use it anywhere so guess that the insurance for me. thanks for your help
  13. hi just got a new bit of permission, a railway that goes through my permission, and they asked if im insured, which im not. they said they can insure me as a volunteer in there railway for £18 a year. is this a good deal or should i be looking for some of my own aswell? does anybody else have insurance?   14. ive got a hob, he's about as long as my hand from tip of my middle finger to just past my wrist. although he's got drive in spades, he just doesn't have the size or weight to make a stubborn rabbit bolt, he weights less than any of my jills and has to live alone because they wont accept him.
  15. I suppose I'll get used to it, I keep bringing it down before the light goes off, as I'm still holding the switch and lighting my feet. Just isn't as quick on and off as older models. Seems a waste of power

Hi Recently bought a new variable and it's different from the model I've seen in the past, it has 2 switches on the back for variability and you have to hold onto the on/off switch when you switch it off. Although this on/off is silent just wondered what people though of this? Or am I just way behind the times? Atb Baz

  19. Hi I love the look of these pups. As everyone says wish I had room, but I've got a pup I'm trying to bring on.   21. I work away and had a phone call of the wife. My fav Jill had past away and the father in law was away over to dispose of the body. She's getting on a bit so I was expecting this. 10 minutes later I got a text saying false alarm she's fine. Apparently the wife had give the the old poke with a stick test aswell Baz
