Over the moon with him mate thanks, all credit to his last owner though - alot of had work has clearly been put into this dog, couldn't ask for more for a 12 month old. Glad to hear mate hope he does you proud. happy hunting -

my advice, if its your first dog... go for maybe a collie bull grey, that bit of collie will steady them up. alb and good luck with your future dog

each to there own but thats the first time i've ever heard someone claim that big open wide feet have and advantage over tight feet.

i have to disagree with you merle, not all bullxs feet will spread as you stated. i for one own a halfx bullgreyhound witch is some lump of a dog i can asure you hes got feet like a cat, a dog thats bred well and well worked and exsersized should have good feet. heres a picture of my dogs feet, dont look wide open and spread to me? and hes a 65lb dog

id have to agree, feet are awfull on it. a dog having very neat,tight feet is a big issue for me as the ground i run is'nt forgiving. feet like that will be prone to injury on hard,rough ground.
