Janet, muzzels have never been compulsory at Moira however it would obviously please a lot of people if the other dog racing against theirs was wearing a muzzle so we will do our best to accomadate this but on the other hand if two dogs are racing with no muzzles and the owners are happy with this then i can't see aproblem with this.
