Will have to take your word on yourself there Baw I've met a few from different forums, mostly I'd agree they come across the very same as they would on the forum. If anything, they'll say things in person that they'd think twice about saying online. I live in the back of beyond, so it's hard finding good people into hunting around here. Yeah, I just googled it. There will be some type of something that'll fit it. Lots of different type pipe out there, top of a small spray can, etc. If you call into your local builders or plumbers merchants I bet they'd have an offcut for nothing.

If it's the right size, fit a straight piece of garden hose pipe over your laser, sort of like a sunshade. Or any other type piping that might fit.

Didn't read most of this thread cos I can imagine...... Seems like she has her head well screwed on. Instead of seeing her as the title would suggest, I would argue it's your system is the blame. Once a system is in place that gives benefit without responsibility what do people expect to have happen? I know in our system here one of the biggest problems would be affordable childcare. Without that provision within reasonable distance from a single parents place of work and home how can anyone expect a person to go to work and put themselves into poverty while working, compared to being -

Just thinking out loud here. I see expensive plastic coops offered in magazines and I got to thinking. How would a tinkered with IBC tank work as a hen house I saw an idea somewhere about using 5 gallon buckets as nesting boxes. Fix them horizontally to a wall and cut the lid in half. The rest, perches doors etc could be timber, could make vents with wire mesh or something more solid and slidey. If I got an invasion of redmite I could burn the few wooden pieces and give the plastic a good doing over with whatever was needed to kill the b*****ds, they wouldn't have much hiding places i

223 Or 22-250 For Foxing?

Bullet selection is exactly the same,they both fire a .224 bullet,and dont make me laugh,NEW BARREL EVERY YEAR,a keeper freind of mine has one he has used 4 or 5 nights a week for 15 years and it is still deadly accurate,it is down to how you look after them,and not letting the barrel get too hot. For factory ammo? I never mentioned anything about barrels. -

Both will kill them just as dead. I have a .223, with 40 grain bullets zeroed an inch high at 100 yards all you need to do is point and shoot out to 250 yards. Beyond that requires a little consideration but it's not overly taxing. I'm not familiar with the bullet selection for the .22-250, but the .223 is very popular so there is a lot of ammo choice outside of hand loading. Think it was Woz said 90% of foxes will be inside 200 yards, very true. -
Well, neither turned out as I wanted. The beef is definitely not a slow cooker recipe, keep it for the pans. Everyone ate the curry but it wasn't as nice as the Korma I get in the Indian restaurant we go to once or twice a year. Must do better next time!
