  1. provide a free service for us and make a few quid for themselves, everyones a winner, good luck to you mate
  2. i would screed it with a grano mix of - 6 grano 1 building sand 2 cement i have always used this mix on mine and had no problems of staining and its realy hard wearing
  3. would agree with you about using a bull x only for rabbits is a crying shame but there is plenty of people that do this isnt there bosun. i have ran all the bull xs 3/8 , 1/2 etc and found the 1/4 x of around 24-25 inch to be best for the rabbits imo.
  4. why dont you just buy a cheap chest freezer out the loot or somewhere to put in your dads and problem solved, you would get a freezer for the price of a sack of decent meal lol.
  5. read the side of the meal bags and get the one with the highest % meat content. if it dosent say what the percentage of meat is in it dont bother.
  6. i havent got one but i wouldnt mind one.there not a lazy mans tool, you can still give the dogs the excersize they have always had and use the mill as extra if you know what i mean

  10. thats because you havent seen mine Stick a vid up then ,lets see it. wish i had a video of it but the dogs long dead , theres a lot of people to back up what ive said about the dog though. Would it stop to the whistle and drop to flush mate. he would drop to the whistle from any distance and stop chasing if i blew the whistle and wouldnt move until he was called in.this 22lb terrier could kill a winter dog fox in the cover and in the ground aswell
  11. thats because you havent seen mine what is it springer or cocker'' border x lakeland

  14. i have had some excellent bushing terriers that were as controlable as a lot of spaniels ive seen over the years. the problem with terriers is your limited to were you can hunt because of them going to ground thats the reason i would have to say and have got a spaniel. If you do go for a spaniel try and get yourself a small type
  15. cracking collars them cp , last a life time as long as some scruff dont nick em
  16. no cover stops this small sprocker bitch, good steady hard working bitch [/img]
  17. like jamie 2004 says, get the spaniel out weres there a few rabbits about and it all comes natrual. the lurcher will soon cotton on to whats going on.
  18. i think you are wrong pal...i know several bull crosses that would pull the pants off most breeds there is good and bad in all crosses. i know you wrong, there are more bad than good and the good aint that good same can be said about some people aswell lol
  19. the pups are 3 weeks old try and work it out for your self so am i right in saying you have bred a litter with no intentions of keeping one yourself and are selling them to anyone with £300 maybe your not a peddler but it sure looks that way from here.
  20. am not one for jumping on the bandwagon and the price is up to you and the person buying but what i dont get is why the full litter up for sale?
  21. full litter for sale at £300 a pup , says it all
  22. My mate runs a colliexgreyx salukixgrey, and it is 9 years old, and it still can knock over 20-25 rabbits in a night. It as great stamina, good retriever and quick recovery rate. And it as stayed sound for years. Dont think you get will many lurchers that ( can+want to) do that amount of work at that age. So in my book this is what i would call a(very good x) as a lamping dog. think youve answerd the question with your mates dog bird but as for what x i think it is more down to the individual dog and the owner(conditioning, training etc) that dog sounds a topper by the way to still be doi
