    my lurchers first rabbit at 5 1/2 months.. now at 3yrs old... i know pics dont prove anything but this dog has not missed a beat yet.. but nice and easy from an early age for me works... but it depends on the dog as all are different... i have 2 others that i didnt enter till they were 11 months old... each to there own... regards SS

    think your spot on there mate... once the parents a proven workers and they have in the make up what your looking for rough coated or smooth and the size you require which for rabbits 20-25tts then go for it...lurcherxlurcher are as good as any in the field and with kids... best of luck...

    whatever he is he can move and catch em shep mabey he is a bit heavier as my black lurcher that i had out that night is 25kg and he looked alot smaller than your fella but it could have been the hair too

    defo chief... im kickin meself i have not got down to you and the big fella for a bit of fishin.. have been up the walls givin ross a hand with this new hawk of his... well the season is nearin now so would be great if we could organize another trip out... if ya wanna come up for a night ill take ya to my best permission this time as we only had a scabby 18 from the other spot that wasn a scabby night we were only out for about an hour and a half as soon as the weather picks up the big fella will have the boat out il tell him to give you a buzz and get out for some sport and a catch u

    i tried to comment also...i got angry just watching that.. ignorant bully,s is all they were,even said about killing a human as a threat at the young lads like was said i would have dropped that fella on the camera on his arse and if anyone one of them touched my property like the purse nets then they would have gotten the same treatment
