    For my first lurcher i used the extendable leads and all the others learn from him after that ! thanks stuart..do you just make him walk along behind you while on the lead? dose it work well? cheers mate craig No, leave him walk as normal and if he gets carried away give the command and stop the lead ! After a while it will click no need for the lead then !

    Thought i was the only one on here that uses pedro gold ! And i mix it with red mills racer plus or excell ! But they mainly get chicken, rabbit, mince and tripe.

    The JCR crew seem to get a lot of bunnys most of the time, the biggest warren i ever did had 126 holes that took most of the morning to net up and i had to leave about 45 holes unnetted because i did'nt have enough nets! and to make it even harder there was only two of us ferreting using 5 ferrets, we bagged 28 rabbits and around 12 escaped out the holes that were not netted. That was in the south of Ireland. Where abouts in southern ireland was that ?     Thats unbelievable, some ditch ! Shame they didnt bring a pair of lurchers/whippets they would of had a great run ! See part 2 the next day and nearly the same amount of rabbit there how like ?

    Im not saying my dog would have won or is better than anyones ! And not going to lie he got 2 out of 2 they were both squaters omly slipped him twice as soon as i entered the field or got over the gate they were gone, there wasnt a puff of wind was a shit night ! And well done on your achievment bud did excellent for a young bitch

Not saying the dog isnt good or anything but i thought being in the irish lamping comp final they would take more than half there slips ! But 7 is what i was thinkin was good ! 5rabbits is excellent for a little bitch like that when this is her 1st season the rabiits up here are well lamped ive seen this bitch work not a thing wrong with her aint getting onto you or anything but she was running against an experienced dog dont forget they all have to start and learn somewhere.     pretty much the same as you, biggest bag was 15. lets see what 2010 has to offer ATB Ino im going to take EVERY oppertunity next season to get out and ill be able to drive in august so ill be out every night id say That was half the reason i wasnt out as much as id hoped trying to get a lift all the time

    Was out tonight for an hour and a half, seen loads but as soon as i got within 150 yards they were off got 2 squaters for the hole night, not a puff of wind though ! In general this sums up my hole season biggest bag was 8 ! Because of the ice, bad roads, flooding, hard ground and general shit weather not much wind except for 5/6 nights of near storm wear it was nearly too windy for the rabbits ! So just wondering what your season was like because mine was shit enough ?
