  1. PTS...........Ive done it, bought a adult dog came stock broke...and he was for quite some time never batted an eye at them until one day out on permission checking hillside, plenty sheep and lambs about..for some reason on way down from hill he lost the plot attacked a yew then turned on lamb and picked it up and ran off with it.....he eventually came back to me and laid on floor and rested his head on his outstretched paws looking up at me with the saddest eyes like he knew he had well and truly fcked up.... as much as I deliberated in my mind over the right course of action I knew that I wo
  2. I bought mine from droidsticks on fleabay. watch anything, no subscription fees, already set up and automatic updates. Top bit of kit.
  3. mine works fine over wifi..and we are not in a fast broadband area...if you are having problems you can buy homeplugs (fleaby about 15 quid for 2 get the 500mb ones) plug one in at the box and other at the router...they turn your connection into a hardwired connect buy transferring data over your houses existing wiring.
  4. Took mine for a first shine Thurs...nothing too much to report other than what everyone else has said so far. First impressions..solid bit of kit, altho I have been wary of dropping it especially with the front lense being glass....very pure white light,,good distance...would prefer the on/off switch at the front rather than the back, but I think that will just take a bit off getting used to....plenty light spill, which is a bit alarming at first..but again might just take getting used to, and I think can easily be modified if needs be. Over all I like it, and am happy with it,...Im not quit
  5. yea fair enough....just the same old shite that ends on most threads on here tho tbh.....
  6. mine left hongong Wednesday and arrived at alternative address this morning, no customs to pay just need to collect it on my way home from work Tuesday and give it a go Wednesday night. Much appreciated FD for all the effort you have gone to, to make this happen. hats off to you mate.
  7. get a grip of yourself....your obviously not from up here mate.......so you dont know how things work, all that bile will ruin you.
  8. Where we live its more the forestry commision who cull the most, and the numbers are still huge.
  9. Will do Bosun....i will also mention hes been a topic of conversation on here.
  10. Well he is 70, so probably slippin a little. The old boy has done very well over the years.
  11. Hes my mates Dad, and well known round these parts as "The Stag", aka The King of The poachers.
  12. Has anyone tried it with the coloured filters yet?
  13. Thought you would get it Roybo, fast isn't it from Hong Kong to your doorstep. Now you will be waiting for it to go dark lol. I had mine out for about 4 hours last nigh not fully charged and tourch never dimmed or anything. How many more people waiting for theres? Only way any quarry got out of view of the lamp/tourch was over hills. me And me.
  14. Too right you f****r!!! The second one the row was about was an ARGYLL address!!! That will be me then FD.
  15. Ran with a rough crowd when I was younger, we would fight all the time..with everyone and anyone around town, and amongst ourselves..fckin idiots when I think back. Turned my back on the whole scene about 16/17yrs yrs back which was when I also had my last fight..with my own bloody brother!...wasnt out first encounter and we had fought plenty harder and nastier than that on many previous occasions but after that last battle the whole thing sickened me. I just thought fck this...relocated and got more into the dogs than I had been....I like to think that now Im a pacifist, but sometimes you j
  16. Not worked the cairns and piles enough myself to say Ive had a good rock dog, but we have worked them and with some success, this area has plenty of them and the hounds run them in on a regular basis, the terriers Ive seen the hunts use are a bit small for my liking altho again they do have some success.... hanging back and letting things settle and hoping for a bolt to the gun is the order of the day. Personally I like a terrier with a bit of leg on it in them places. I used to walk the high hills a lot and make my ascents and descents via huge scree and boulder slopes and the stumpy legg
  17. Lots of good tunes already posted, and don't know if these are the best ever, but I always liked em. Hurt - Johnny cash, ( bring a tear to a glass eye that one.) Nothing Compares to U - Sinead OConnor The Drugs Don't Work - The Verve Wish You where here - Pink Floyd guess I like these maudlin emotional tunes....
  18. Think I bought one of these if it just joins with that screw and butterfly nut. TBH I think its shite...the connection is weak as fck.
  19. Im not a breeder and don't perpetuate a line but If I did I would have no problem with that type of mating. Ive seen quite a few dogs double and triple bred to the same sire or dam and been plenty good ones, also known of a few even further folded in that that.
  20. That looks a bloody good first effort mate. As has already been said if you have any spares Im sure you would have no shortage of takers.
  21. Had the same thing with this one we are raising up now, hes 10months now and doing it a lot less. But he used to do it all the time with every bit of food he had, used to bring him in the kitchen and throw him a scrap and he would place it in a corner and push invisible dirt over it with his nose....quite funny to watch.....and when he got let out of his pen he would run up the garden and uncover something he had buried previously and be chewing away.
  22. Fist one I got from you Matt, I use as a general purpose knife, done a bit of gralloching with it too...lost it for a while in house refurb...happy when I found it again. The second being the little kneck knife I got off you at xmas..belter, bloody love it..sharp as a razor and that's my little gutting knife for the bunnies.
