Hi.
These are a copy of the CZ, just like the Brazilian copy of the Ruger 10/22. I think you would be a lot better off with a 2nd hand CZ or BRNO for the same money or perhaps a bit less.

Hi.
Been in touch with a couple of lads from the USA who have tried them but don't like them, they say that the accuracy is crap, which fits in with what a few pals and I have found with CCI's over here. Also if you are using a CZ we found that they don't chamber very well.

200 eley subs

Hi.
That will be a nice set up.I find the best subsonics are Eley, my rifle doesn't like CCI's(and most of my pals)but at least you had the sense to buy only a few of each untill you find the best one for your rifle.

Hi. I have a varmint with 16 inch barrel and parker hale silencer, it's as quiet as any other and it looks right because it is very slim, the varmint barrel being thicker makes it look like it's all one.

Hi Tom.
If it's a multichoke don't forget to remove your chokes and clean and oil them after every outing. It's not the threads that are the problem it's between the choke and the barrel that seizes. A pal of mine didn't clean his regularly and we had a right job getting them out, ruining the choke but luckily the barrell was ok.

I was just about to create a post on these. Ive seen litterally dozens of these appearing for sale on a daily basis on various forums atm and was wondering why everyone is selling them off?! Are they that bad?
I'm on my second(first one was bought before they did left handers), my mate bought my first and niether of us have had any problems and we use them on pidgeons.rough shoots and ducks and geese. I know of another six people who have them and only one has had a recycle problem and that's with very light loads on clays but they are magnums so they are not made to recycle light loads
My feo said people are unlikely to get centrefire on their first FAC but I guess if you can prove a use and experience enough to satisfy them, who knows.
How do people get a centre fire if they have to get a r/f first.
Hi all.
I have for sale a sports top which was taken off my 53 reg L200 double cab.It is made by a company called Top Up and is silver. It comes with all the fittings as removed from my motor but don't ask me how it fits, I am not mechanically minded at all. There are a few very minor scratches and it comes with both keys. Colect it from Wakefield for £120.00.
Many thanks
Hi all.
I have a stock for sale for a CZ Varmint .22lr.
It is left hand thumbhole for a right hand bolt with swivell studs fitted, made from claro walnut with rosewood fore end tip and rosewood pistol grip cap and one inch Pachmayor butt pad. It is from Richards Microfit in America and has never been used after finishing by me(a tip I picked up on an American forum was to use just the rear fixing screw but the front one can be drilled through if needed).I am looking for £125.00 and can email photo's to any one interested if you pm me your email address.
Dry powder.
Chuck them in the bin, two pals and I tried CCI's and thats where ours went, complete rubbish in CZ's(bolt hard to close, shite accuracy and a few missfires). Eleys are the ones we use and never a problem.

Hi.
Redbeck Shooting Supplies in Wakefield have plenty and at the right price too (£32.50 for 500)
I have just stocked up today with Eley's, my 452 doesn't like much else, especially CCI's which group rubbish and too many flyers/

Hi.
Same here, Eley's are the only ones I use in my .22 Varmint. Too many flyers with CCI's and the cases are not suited to the CZ chamber, a few pals and I have tried them and we all have had problems extracting cases (fired and unfired).

Quite right, an open ticket gives you the decision regarding if it is safe and no mention of Chief Constables will be on it. Any mention of Chief Constables gives them the decision and it will be closed. I don't know of anyone who has been granted an open certificate on first application, here in West Yorkshire you need to wait at least 18 months.

Hi all.
Just found this site whilst comparing rimfire ammo and it looks great.
I am 60 years old from West Yorkshire and been into fieldsports all my life.
I shoot rabbits with a.22 rf(cz varmint) and wildfowl & pigeons with a Hatsen Escort.
I also do a bit of sea fishing when I go up to the Orkneys, about 4 times a year.
