was out last nite on the lamp on a local walk for the rabbits first slip dog got it but let it go then it got the next to then when i gutted the rabbits they had young inside them at this time of year??? whats happinin

hi im new to here ive got a lurcher pup being my second dog. i have the mum to this pup and it is a cracking rage head. its a bull whippet greyhound. but the pup im having sum problems. it is killing dropers with ease but hen im taking it out on the lamp its not running the rabbits like it does in the day. its been out a few times but its still not spotting the rabbits. what can i do with it
