Funny you mention rugby mate because all this refs talking to the crowd about decisions like it’s rugby or the NFL f***ing breaks me……it will be “referees best bits” soon on poxy you tube like they do for Rugby. 100% Yes ! Just do away with it, but failing that, Yes ! No ! 100% No ! Yes…..it’s common sense to decide if it is very serious or not, people on the sidelines will make that call way better than a ref because you just know when something is bad.

Whether they are good people has absolutely nothing to do with it and you have missed my point entirely. Every culture has to have a set of common values that tie it together……when a nation starts to regard more and more of those values as silly or a waste of time or they can’t bothered or they don’t matter then it’s young people that will suffer ! It used to be “women and children first”…..now it’s “me first” and it’s f***ing ugly and basic and a 3rd world mentality.

The old saying “a village raises a child” is imho a truism…..but our community, sense of self, our identity has been under massive and sustained attack for over 30 years…..more actually ! We ain’t giving it “back” to anyone mate, we are giving it AWAY to Mauritius and then paying them £35 million quid a year to rent back a tiny part of it ! It’s like the most stupid deal ever in the history of deals !
